No matter where you go, you always feel inexorably drawn to the beauty and serenity of the Keys. So he thought, why not bring his family there and move to practice? It was the best decision he could have made. The best part about this location is that he can also work in other areas of South Florida like Miami, where he recently decided to practice regularly. Dr. True Lansden is the medical director of Juventus Cosmetic Surgery Inc. Regardless of where he practices, he always adheres to the professional principles he has long believed in. He puts the patient and their experience first. Many do not understand plastic surgery as well as they should, and every positively transformative experience they can provide as plastic surgeons helps promote their field and its reach. He also always strives to understand his patients and their unique situations. Plastic surgeons need to know what kind of environment the patient comes from, what they want to achieve for themselves, and what problem they are facing. Procedures:

Thigh Lift Procedure: A thigh lift (thighplasty) is a cosmetic procedure that can enhance the contours and tone of the thighs by removing excess fat and loose skin. This procedure is suitable for those who have lost a significant amount of weight, and full results can be seen after six months.

Knee Lift: Aging is a normal process that affects all parts of the body. Wrinkles and sagging skin around the knees can be noticeable and, although not as popular as other procedures, there are minimally invasive techniques to tighten the knees without significant loss of skin elasticity.

Calf Implant: Calf implants give the calf muscles a more defined and contoured shape. These implants can make the calf muscles appear fuller and more muscular. Typically, they are placed through small incisions in the back of the knees.

Fat Injection in Hip Dips: Fat grafting is a procedure that uses fat from the body itself to enhance shape and appearance. In the case of “hip dips”, fat is injected to add more volume to the lower part of the legs.

Phlebectomy/Vein Removal: Phlebectomy is a minimally invasive procedure to remove varicose veins just below the skin’s surface. It uses small incisions to extract the varicose vein in sections, with minimal discomfort and recovery time.

These procedures offer various options to enhance appearance and comfort, from thigh lift to calf implant surgery and advanced techniques such as AirSculpt® on the knees. Dr. Rosario-Aloma aims to provide effective and personalized solutions for his patients.
